This transaction type is for selling vehicles to business entities, dealers, or commercial buyers. It applies appropriate business-to-business tax treatment and generates commercial sales documentation.

Use "Sell to a Company" for wholesale deals with other dealers, fleet sales to businesses, or any situation where your buyer is a commercial entity rather than a private individual.
