What is "Sell to Individual" transaction?

This transaction type is for selling a vehicle from your stock to a private person (non-business buyer). It generates all required sales documents including invoice, purchase order, and delivery documents.

Use "Sell to Individual" when your customer is buying the vehicle him/herself and via a company.

After selecting this transaction type, you need to fill in the field highlighted in orange.

You add the buyers contact details, select which vehicle from your stock you're selling, confirm the selling price, enter any deposit paid, and save.

Jouver automatically generates a complete document package including a professional quote, purchase order for the customer to sign, official invoice with the assigned invoice number, delivery note, and all required compliance documents.

The system recalls the selling price you set when you purchased the vehicle, though you can adjust it if needed.

Payment tracking shows deposits received and remaining balance due, displayed in red if unpaid.

This transaction type automatically moves the vehicle from your Stock to your Sales page once completed, updating all financial metrics.

The generated documents are formatted for individual buyers with appropriate legal language and consumer protection disclosures.

This is the most common transaction type for retail dealerships selling to the general public.
